Shipping & Delivery

Can I order from my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Germany with DHL. Digital products are delivered instantly by email—no shipping required.

How long does delivery take?

Germany: 2–3 business days (DHL)
Europe: 5–7 business days (DHL)
Worldwide: 8–15 business days (DHL)

Notes: In-stock items ship quickly; small-batch/made-to-order stationery may require a short processing time. Customs can add delays outside the EU.

How much does shipping cost?

Germany: €3.50 incl. 19% VAT — Free over €90
Europe: €9.50 incl. 19% VAT — Free over €120
Worldwide: €20.00 incl. 19% VAT — Free over €180

Digital products: no shipping fees.

Customs & taxes (outside the EU)

Buyers are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by their country. DHL may contact you if fees are due.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

Digital items: final sale once the download starts. If there’s a file issue, email support@vyncy.com—we’ll resend/fix immediately.
Physical items: you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (EU). We also offer a 30-day boutique return for unused, non-custom items in original packaging.

1. Email support@vyncy.com with your order number.
2. Return to: VYNCY Studio, Nordmauer 6b, 33034 Brakel, Germany.
3. You cover return shipping; original shipping isn’t refundable.
4. Refund to the original payment method after inspection.

Exchanges

Only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Email photos within 7 days of delivery; we’ll provide next steps.

Sizing Help — Inserts & Covers

I can’t tell what size inserts/covers I need. How do I find out?

Check your binder label: inside cover or product page (often “A5”, “Personal”, “Pocket”, etc.).
Measure a page you already own (width × height):

- A5: 148 × 210 mm
- A6: 105 × 148 mm
- B6: 125 × 176 mm (approx.)
- Personal (Filofax): 95 × 171 mm
- Pocket: 81 × 120 mm
- Half-Letter (US): 5.5 × 8.5 in
- Letter (US): 8.5 × 11 in
- A4: 210 × 297 mm

Ring type tips (common):

- A5 6-ring (Filofax standard): spacing ~ 19-19-50-19-19 mm
- Personal 6-ring: evenly spaced (approx. 19-19-19-19-19 mm)
- Disc/coil sizes vary—match page size to your cover brand.
